Sigarathai Thodu is a motivational talk workshop organised by UPTLC. This programme is supported by TLLPC. This workshop aims to inspire GCE O'Level students to perform better in academics especially in Tamil. The workshop introduces effective study skills and habits that will help students not just in their exams but also in their personal lives. This workshop explores study skills. Some of those are :-

1. Boost Confidence

2. Growth Mind-set

3. Effective study skills

4. Focus & Staying away from distractions

5. Using Memory Techniques

6. Prioritising tasks & management time

7. Effective Revision Techniques

While the motivational talk will be done by a vendor, the studying techniques and skills for the various language components will be taught by the professionals – TL teachers from UPTLC and the 11 other school based TL Centres.
