Wow Wild Learning Programme

To make the learning of Tamil Language (TL) come alive, the Tamil Language Learning & Promotion Committee (TLLPC) is collaborating with Wildlife Reserves Singapore Group (WRS) to conduct the Wow Wild Learn (ஆஹா! இன்பமான கற்றல் பயணம்) programme.
The programme consists of a series of workshop, activities and supplementary readings, revolving around a learning journey in River Safari. The target audience for the WWL Programme are pre-school TL teachers and Preschoolers (K1 and K2) who are learning TL in pre-school centres.
Kamban Vizha

Kamban Vizha 2018 was organized by Association of Singapore Tamil Writers and supported by Tamil Language and Leaning Promotion Committee. The main aim of this event is to popularize the great poet Kambar’s poems to students, to help students learn the values of Ramayana such as filial piety, sibling relation, friendship, truth and etc and to improve students’ language proficiency and thereby enrich their knowledge of their mother-tongue. Students from secondary 1 to 5 participated in various literary competition that showcased their language skills.
